Well they said growing wouldn't happen until 3rd or 4th quarter of 2018. They probably think that gives them enough time to apply and successfully obtain a license? Just like they are dragging their feet on Alliance, stalling until paperwork is filed to show a valid company without Evan's name listed as the CEO like Alliance currently shows. That's all I can surmise at this point based on months of their unwillingness to simply provide a link to a valid company named Alliance Group.
