It's was a terrible deal for lifeclips, now it's over and now we run lclp. Life clips gets rid of $500,000 of debt and gets 10s of millions of shares back.
Although I wouldn’t categorize this as great news it’s pretty easy to see that the deal with them was hot garbage and would have likely led to dilution. I would say this is positive, not great, but positive.
