The companies financials are terrible for the last 3 years I can see why they didn't want to provide them for years.

The SG&A expense for 2015 8.1 million with a pretax income of 8.51 million in the red.

This company for years 2016 and 2017 has zero funds for research and development yet are involved in all these projects.

Bottom line sales over 400k and gross 228k with pre tax income over a million in the red. Small time business that pays salaries more than they gross in sales.

Huge Red Flags everywhere with this small time business
