You make some good observations.
Their history, for sure, does not inspire confidence. But if you don't look back beyond 2017, then all the management lies disappear (except the ones in the Sept. 8 PR). Additionally, all the failed "deals" also disappear. Not insignificantly, there are also no missed timelines (except the ones from the Sept. 8 PR), no moved goalposts and no dilution. No dilution also means that management never dumped shares after dishonestly assuring reets that there would be no dilution.
Things look a whole better if you're willing to ignore most of the company's history. You should try it.
