He did't say that, but if anyone who has been in the OTC for more than 20 years (me) can say for certain stocks like OTTV don't come along very often and this is a .25 cent stock. Because, they have an exceptional product and market. 90% of OTC is hype OTTV is not hype now it is real and I use the the product, my son loves it and it is spreading like wild fire.
My only concern was the share structure but the CEO said he would look at a reduction, the man has been working on VIVA for over 8 years and we are lucky to be in at the bottom.
