I guess when it coverts at discount they dump at that time. The history here of 2 huge 1 for 1000 r/s and lies to anyone who looks is clear. Only question is how fast hey want to dump them. At these levels not selling IMO like they want to. Insurance lol. As we know for years they cannot fund any business when they dump and take the funds. No balance sheet ever shows much cash they take it.
