Have you looked at all the filings, S1, how about the recent TA update on otc markets showing 212m shares now issued and out? The price is acting the way it has been for weeks because of dilution to raise capital IMHO to clean the shell. Millions and millions of shares of dilution. Once that is over...well...then I think a lot of that weirdness goes with it. EOW let us see. GLTAL.
