When a company starts investing time and money into communication, it’s a good sign. Usually, time and money are first and foremost invested into growing the company and communication with shareholders suffers which causes pps to suffer. Maybe this is why pps went below .04. and now it’s back up after news. Also, it may mean there will be a lot of news coming in the future. All good signs of growth. Glta!
