STATEMENT OF NON-BINDING NEGOTIATIONS:
DNA Dynamics, Inc. through its subsidiary DNA Interactive Games Limited, a UK Limited Company, has started non-binding negotiations to acquire a skills-based gaming platform with a view to completing the acquisition and its infrastructure during quarter one of 2018.
The details will be covered more widely in the end of year Management Disclosure filing for period ending December 2017.
