Seems? Read the filings they really don't...i see 1 note but the size of it made me more excited not less.

But I couldn't tell you why they're splitting I'm just not used to seeing corporate actions of this nature and I'd like to think it's not only for a reason but maybe it's a prequel of more good stuff to come??

There are no notes ready to convert at this time, only reason I can see is for liquidity as you can see it's a very thinly traded stock
