All these revenue projections are a moot point if the company doesn't have enough money to fund operations until the time of approval. Considering O'Connor's irresponsible spending and unsustainable cash burn, the market is currently pricing ADXS with doubt that Lombardo will be able to strike a deal with non-dilutive upfront cash necessary to move us forward. Hopefully, he will step up and prove the market wrong.
I don't disagree with your numbers, it's certainly possible. But if you claim $1B in sales is possible, I would claim that it's equally possible the sales could be a lot less than that, and $300M is not outrageous as some suggest. In reality I think the real number could easily be 3X or X/3 any reasonable guess.
