Patent "rejections" are often step processes that lead to further review until the patents are granted.

I rely on the company's SEC filings, and never upon a lay person's interpretation of process steps.

All 7 patent applications have been rejected.

I have posted the letters of rejection from the patent examiners for 3 of the applications - I suspect you haven't read the letters of rejection or didn't do any research on the patents and relied on company provided information.
