OTC companies lie constantly. Dilute shareholders and tell them they aren't...take on toxic debt and let them dilute shareholders without telling them. It's easy to see watching an L2. If this was legit it would have ran...not went from .001 all the way down to this POS PPS.

Talari can now be very creative with the financials - whatever storyline he feels is best for pumping - just throw it out.
