What’s hilarious and very sad at the same time is how none of the serious questions ever get answered, like what’s the status of Phil Bradley?

It’s much more important to keep the fairytale alive of non-existent NRs...


So now that there are three independent directors (unless Bradley resigned and it was never announced), will the committees be reformed?

Committees of the Board of Directors

Due to the fact that the Company currently has just two directors, one of whom is member of executive management and not independent, the Company does not maintain separately designated audit, compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees of the Board. Upon the appointment of additional directors, the Company intends to reconstitute such committees of the Board.
