Tops run because of Diana and it was a sympathy run and nothing more. The news you are referring to is nothing but fluff, showing a company acquired that has one ship under construction to be delivered in 2019 and OS that increased substantially to 48.3 million and more to be dumped on the market, in simple words this is called another carrot dangling for the overly optimistic.
