Do you have any idea if these assets will be distressed?

TVOG recent Twitter Post stated they will provide the names of the 5 Bitumen Tankers soon.

It will be very easy to get the history of the tankers when TVOG delivers the names.

No distressed assets from what I have read. Regardless, sellers reasons are no matter. They were audited and estimated to have serious revenues of $14,000,000 last year from these tankers. New infrastructure plan @ home will require incredible amounts of asphalt. Them acquiring a working fleet is fantastic.

Turner and the investment bank believe that these assets can be operated more efficiently than the previous company was able to accomplish, and acquiring their assets at attractive valuations will provide a competitive advantage. Turner is in discussions with prospective executives and board members with experience in international shipping to join Turner’s management team to run this new Turner subsidiary.  Upon completion of the Acquisition, the new Shipping Company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Turner.
