Seren, I use tdwaterhouse and recieved a letter yesterday saying:
"We have recieved notification the above-mentioned company has declared a stock dividend, to be effected by the issuance to shareholders as of record date, one preferred unit of Blackout Media Corporation for each common share of Blackout Media held."
note: Each preferred unit is equivelent to 10,000 preferred shares.
u have units in your acct right now, so it will show 1:1 imo
