Well back in the day, they used to have opium dens for the Chinese workers. Maybe MJ hostels? Who knows these day what would fly and what would not. Maybe a millennial would know - I doubt it, but maybe.
Last night I watch a funny skit with Harvey Kormen and Tim Conway on UTube where they were truck drivers who were playing grab ass with the Waitress and since grab ass seems to be a fire-able or jail-able offense these days I'd guess Opium dens are also not allowed.
From what I hear, Nevada is a very easy place to get residence in and their overall tax rate is low. I'm guessing a Nevada re-mailer could provide a PO Box.
