captbly...how does Sandy pay the legit dividends on the 134 trillion, before the shorters have to pay the dividends on the naked short ones? How does that work....If a dividend is announced, only the shorts have to pay??????? Just curious.....i just don't seem to have any experience in this area, and some of you guys seem to post like you actually know something. Can youn site a single example??? TIA
