I see the latest UNGS quarterly. It says that UNGS "Bought" 100% of the NHMD preferreds on Nov 10.

Then I see the MHMD Quarterly, also filed by the Duck, saying on November 25 UNGS didn't own a single preferred share.

Revenue from Oil and Gas is ZERO. That can be found in the financial statements under the 2017 Revenue = Zero category.

Wayne continues to push his BS to sell his worthless shares. He should be ashamed of himself, yet he continues to brag how he dumped his shares for a "profit" while pumping the stock.
