1) it is safe - FDA approval
2) they need to see others using it - very hard to sell something in existing market. As more sales happen more people will buy it, get it?
3) trained personnel - as more surgeons trained sales will pick up. As seen from FL hospital, they trained on one. Yhey liked it, they spent money to buy a new one. It serves also training ceter. Now 6 hospitals in Europe have Senhance training centers.
