Right, spending $30k and submitting all required reports is doing nothing. What exactly do you want him to say? He sent out a long email and a bunch of tweets explaining what’s going on. What more can he say at this point other than he is waiting on the OTC? I guess he could send out a tweet everyday saying, “Yup, still waiting!”
