The GSE system has worked very well for last many decades. Home buyers, sellers, or loan originators never complained about affordable mortgage loans nor FnF investors who provided the capital to FnF.

It is the loan sharks that are itching to grab this business from FnF.

OFHEO and FHFA have violated so many laws, and committed so many frauds to destroy FnF. It is FHFA which has tried so hard to make it appear as complex. FHFA is the problem and not a solution. If one removes FHFA, then there is nothing solve.
