Oh wow! Lawrence "The liar" Twombly is committing fraud? Can't say I'd be surprised by this. It was good of her to get out, if The liar is cooking the numbers.
I think she should take another step further, and notify the SEC, and the attorney general. If she doesn't, I think she still leaves herself open.
Might be time to press this issue, and take action.
