The agreed capital funding will be initially for a minimum of Two Million Great Britain Pounds (approximately US$2.64 million)

Minimum? That’s interesting. I wonder if that means more funding coming?

Doesn’t say just 2.64 mill they go out of their way to use the word minimum meaning it could very well be more!
