"I believe at this present time the sp is a tad high."

IF you are investing in penny stocks, two things come into play, speculation and anticipation. Neither of these apply here, and they should.

I think about a year ago, a medical OTC company which had an experimental cancer drug was bought out for four plus billion dollars by one of the big blue chip. This drug was not yet proven nor was it okayed by the FDA. I cannot remember the name of the company, and I am not saying this because it did not exist. It did.

I valuate this company on its future prospects, and a technology which has never existed before. These are of some of the criteria companies use in buying out other companies. No company will buy out another one unless there is a profit which will be made in the future. KBLB possesses the qualities to make a ton of money for any future buyer.

Really, the company has been up over 11% over the past 52 weeks (Fidelity), so if anything, we have been trending higher. We were momentarily at .01 back in January, and the PPS spent some time in the upper two's and three's.

All I am saying is that many posters are not valuating the potential KBLB possesses now and in the future. Via speculation and especially anticipation, the stock should be trading somewhere between .15 and .25. JMHO
