Maybe. No one knows really. It’s an unrelated 3rd party that ran the promo. Probably front loaded it then ran it to sell higher for a little profit. As collateral damage... the OTC MARKET caught wind of it. Placed an undeserving CE on CWIR, which cannot be removed. Coupled with the delay in acquisition news we are now here in the teens.
