All progress in the PPS going up will be stopped by sue happy free share holders. The second the ticker moves they sell. These people selling will not let the stock breath. They have a strangle hold on it and manipulate the crap out of it.
The big positive out of this is... It is predictable and you can beat them at there own game. If you save up enough money you can beat them on the bid and flip on them. Than they buy your sell on the ask. It is fun to do!
The craziest thing they can do is stop selling and let the PPS go up. It would make false hope and people will buy again. They can rip off more people in this fashion and make it more expensive for someone to beat them at there own game....
