When it comes to a PR about a BP deal with big money involved,.. he could PR that at ANY time,... 3am Sat morning,.. it wouldn't matter as the news would get out anyway.

Leo should drop the kaboOM today and catch the shorts sleeping!

That’s a great strategy if Leo wants to dilute the reaction with a low volume, short trading day followed by a nice, long weekend of FUD and trash-talk. It would be the tiny firecracker set off in a closet.

Me, and experience, I’ll take an even close today and news next week or the week after to start December.

Leo’s 4th quarter OM forecast will be stretched to the limit with no partnership attached. Heading into 2018 with all the same concerns as every year. Toxic financing, no partner, Absssi frozen, 420k salaries intact and a severe negative return for the few shareholders who remain.
