I’m looking again and you are mostly correct in the price. I was using the 12,500,000 price as the remaining less the 8,800,000 now.

However the shares issued since the last 6-k is 17,434,249 which showed they dumped some in between the two 6-k’s.

End of the day, this company is not worth holding overnight. I was in error to think this was a company getting back on its feet and would straighten out.
