HB, seems like be because the PR is so vague its difficult to determine which business entity IFXY has become. 2nd par states this though: As a result of the Crypto Merger, Crypto became the successor issuer to Infrax and Infrax will become a private subsidiary of Cryptocurrency Corp. So it seems IFXY becomes sub to Cryptocurrency Corp.
