You are posting a link from Viva PR dated Nov. 13 with statement "intends to complete" and you cannot prove the ads happened today as it intended.

No one will believe your "I have no reason to believe it did not take place", unless Oi2 says so.
I posted the link from Oi2 PR on Nov. 21. The prices moved on Nov 21 and 22 on ads expectations.

Tomorrow we will see the effect of Viva's misleading PR on OTTV price.

If Oi2 did not commit on thanksgiving ads, then why Viva did not try to fix their PR? Or at least, Viva has to prove ads happened today.
