But if you are asking this question I can give you many examples of other Penny Stocks so obvious at $.0002-$.0003 that went to $.10 in a few days then to $.25
then $.50 then $3.00 then $5.00 and so on or recent ones from $.02 to $.07 in 1 day it's ALL based on NEWS, PRs and Official Announcements all Penny Stocks are this way they don't move until real official info is released even though you know way beforehand massive deals, sales, contracts, mergers are coming penny's don't move until things make it move it's insane I know but that's how experienced traders become millionaires hats why we trade Penny Stocks and do DD and come to iHub just to answer your question.
Also major hedge funds and mutual funds and investing institutions are forbidden to invest in Penny stocks. How do I know? I literally emailed ALL of them about DOLV then JBZY just to get it in their "radar" so when it dies hit Nasdaq major increases and investments will happen. The ones that emailed me back said they are not allowed to invest in Penny stocks. Some thanked me some said they only do DD if it hits Nasdaq then after DD they would consider it. Every company and industry has "rules" this is theirs.
But for a Penny Stock on pink sheets to go from $.0002 to $.15 to now around $.05 is massive big already but will get even bigger soon to Dollars you'll soon see all in my own opinion imo of course.
