Voters will blame Trump/taxcut for another GSE bailout

Same as nobody blame Clinton for killing Glass Steagal rule which was catalyst for 2008 financial crisis. Bush/Republicans got blamed for financial meltdown. Democrats create law (NWS) which initiate crisis and Republicans get blamed for full blown crisis. Everybody will say another GSE bailout is caused by depletion of DTA due to corporate taxcut.
