BTW nobody has prevented Mnuchin from resolving this mess in the last 1 year but we have heard only tangential talks.

The problem is, nobody trusts bankers after 2008 crisis and after what Hank/Ben/Tim did with FnF.

My best guess is, this needs to resolved by DJT along with HUD/Ben. BTW OHFEO was a agency under HUD. DJT has inherent interest in resolving this lawless mess, as his next term depends on preventing next crisis that FHFA has hatched for last 10 years.

Tsy and FHFA will never find a solution to FHFA conservatorship other than status quo.
