Most people would know that buying the company would mean also buying any debts and liabilities along with the assets !

Whereas assets are assets and why 12 hours a day 7 days a week
the extreme efforts to pave the way to the acquisition of those thousands of acres of property that ERHC controls in oil rich areas !

Of course those entities funding the theft are all very much aware of this !
