the bill will decrease the red tape, I just doubt it involves Pluristem.
Could in the future, but not anytime soon.

Er...., I mean after Thanksgiving.

Look, it's a slog, it's brilliant science, and a difficult regulatory
gauntlet, and any easing of that is a big win. If it means that instead
of getting the PLX-R18 contract in Feb. instead of July, that could
mean the difference between having to dilute or not.

Every bit of help is welcome news.
