It is my opinion that we did have news. IB (the company, whose fortune, I believe is very closely related to the success of NB) released news on Monday.

They announced an update on their scandium alloy project, they are on it together with NB.

I can't really explain why our share price dropped to a low of .39 and a high of .50 today (by the way that's roughly 26%). Maybe something good sneaked out...I don't know, or the penny finally dropped on this project... But there is no doubting the fact that NIO's share price is drastically undervalued for a 'GEM PROJECT' this far along in development. (de-risking)
I don't believe it was anything to do with tax-selling, or the IBC video - but maybe 'stop-loss' or margin calls 'forced selling? just speculating now.

But we are going in the right direction now! I'm hoping for some news before the end of Nov.
