In my TD account they list buys/sells with different time limits on them. When the time expires and there has been no transaction they cancell the order, however, they have always allowed me to replace the order. HOWEVER, they have at one point stopped orders for me that FAR exceded the Bid/Price. I think back then they were at no more that 10 times on the sell.
