They DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING, THEIR CFO does. They do NOT HAVE 10m IN THE BANK AND NO REGISTRATION STATEMENT HAS BEEN FILED, as of yet. They continue to dilute shareholders and there is NO possible way to be ready for a big rollout in mid 2018 unless plants are in the ground now, grown by OTHERS, and leases/agreements are signed with a building ready to go, which this one IS NOT. In addition, they are not selling cannabis and only renting space to those that do while seeking a return. The CO property is encumbered and litigation is pending with a non payer in the mid-west for services rendered. Sure does not sound like they know what they are doing unless you mean screwing shareholders.
