Here is how they did it-->
BLTA has shares LOTS of shares. All they have to do is create a separate private corporate entity. they generate a debt from BLTA to the other company for let say $250,000 for some consulting fee.
BLTA now owes $250,000 to that company. A pumper company makes a deal with BLTA that they will take on the debt of $250,000 and pay it off in exchange for stock at far less then the current market price.
The investment/scammer gets an agreement with BLTA that they will pay the debt and because it is a debt the investors/scammer can have the shares free trading having the restrictions removed legally.
SO the scammers now have let say 250,000,000 shares from that deal. They start a pump campaign and hype it up. They start selling shares for $.10 (always starts high) they sell 25,000,000 and raise $2,500,000 then 25,000,000 for $.005 then 25,000,000 for $.004 all the way down to $.0005
they use the initial $2,500,000 to cover the kick backs to MMs and Brokers and also are obligated to repay to the company, the $250,000 that BLTA owed them. But since the dummy company is owned by someone even the CEO the $250,000 from that fake debt goes right back into their hands.
eventually 250,000,000 sold will generate about $8,000,000 and once the 250,000,000 are all sold, they do it again with another 250,000,0000. BLTA creates another DEBT instrument. They could have even purchased a plane for $2,000,000 that is worthless they still owe the $2,000,000.
Again the scammers pumpers agree they will pay the debt of $2,000,000 for let say 2,000,000,0000 shares, they again sell those for $.003 for $6,000,000 and pay the debt of $2,000,000 which again goes right back to who ever owns the dummy company. The mms brokers and scammers keep the other $4,000,000
This will go on until there are no more shares or no more buyers of the stock. As it looks now, there is lots and lots of shares and still lots and lots of buyers.
The outcome will be: mass dilution that has already happened and then when they stop issuing more shares to the market the volume will dry up and the bid will drop to $.0001 or less.
The company will go silent because they know that as they move on so to will the investors and shareholders.
This is the same with almost every pink. The outcome will be, everyone saying OH WELL well make it up on the next hot pink stock.
