If AMHD was so great then when the record date approached it should have given UNGS some gas to move. But it didn't. Not even 1 uptick. GCC divy gave UNGS upticks because people believed Wayne would actually finally get something going. His PR's about doing DD for more acquisitions was obviously complete crap as no acquisitions ever materialized and no updates about the DD was ever given. I feel he is ruining it just like he did his marina plans. At this time I believe the wording about potential acquisitions was used to simply sucker people in with no real goal of being successful. For Wayne to somehow get involved in a grow house, dispensary, or anything that will ever have a ROI is an extreme stretch based off the latest filing. It says the company needs to raise 100k by the end of the year to continue being operational and an additional 500k+ by the end of next year. There's no way with things the way they are that GCC has a chance of raising much of any of that without extreme dilution. No way in hell will that $ be raised in sales within the next 40 days with them only having $209 in sales so far. The 600k is chump change for what it's going to cost to actually get involved in a grow house dispensary or any such similar thing. IMO something of that nature is the only hope of getting any ROI, and judging off Wayne's past I think it's safe to say the realization of any such thing the odds are stacked highly against it happening.
