Actually as of 2 days ago common shares outweigh the directors' held shares... it's not by much though 0.2% ... probably why Lori has been scooping up shares to keep majority.... but yes effectively the entire common holder would have to show up to vote and vote against them.

Also looks like Sara Lausman(sp?) bailed out. Interestingly enough I have a larger position in EVIO than the CFO does... lol o boy.
