You do realize a CEO/Management cannot stop a shareholder who has receipt of payment for shares from clearing them... They can only slow down the process. Stop complaining and threatening and pay a lawyer to get it done for you. Also talk to the transfer company. hint** they have a very valuable licence and if you pressure them with legal talk they will transfer your shares.
