I like the part where they are ready to dump 200 million into the project. Then again, this may not even be the project they have this ticker earmarked for. Time will tell.

This is a project that could bring a ton of jobs to the area, and residents don't like it. LOL

Residents are never happy.

It would probaby raise their property values as well. LOL
