Look at past history, with NV going legal T@TC didn’t pop until after July 1st. Also in 2014, the pop didn’t occur until after January 1st for most stocks. I looked at the 5 year history for 12 MJ stocks and prior to the 2014 run 9 out of the 12 saw their low in December, while the other 3 saw their low in November. So historically it’s to be expected that the run hasn’t started yet.
