I am very aware of Fiduciary Responsiblity and taking $5.5B at this point would be nearly the polar opposite of a lacking in that area.
There is still, potentially, a long, long road here; funding risks, market risks, technology risks, judicial risks, legislative risks, NUCLEAR RISKS...? All could come into play.
On the other hand, a deal could come in the near term!
We had a huge win on Monday, we have a GREAT TEAM working on our behalf, let them do their work! They got us this far.
I think $5.5B would go over as very successful. Maybe I am a small thinker, but ~50x on current value would be welcomed. ~250+x for some investors!
P.S. For those ready to attack "NUCLEAR RISK"...that was a ridiculous extention AND A JOKE!
