I agree 100% on out going management.I Put way way to much into it because I took Paul at his word. Still recovering from the loss. Moving forward, I have nothing to lose. I will say this, GR has always responded to all my contact with him over the past 1-2 years. He owes me nothing and I don't think he needs me to get control of the shell. I am somewhat hopeful I can recover some of my original investment and I believe GR is moving in that direction. Best to you pur, big apologize for the recommendation. Learned my lesson.
