The problem is that who will loan money to a no bid stock with all that toxic debt? That is why you and others claim they have to raise funds through crowd funding. Bit no lender in their right mind would ever do that. Fdbl is at .0001 and has been for a while and certainly with that 10q won't be moving anytime soon.
