I believe the lawsuit is a concern for the company but not a barrier. The longer they wait the longer they miss out on unique opportunities to introduce their products to the world. With the Olympics coming up, I’m sure they want to use that as a stage to promote several of their plates of business. This is real folks, this is going to happen and very soon! Hold on to you tickets, don’t wanna miss this train!
